Each pair of beautiful eyes in Delhi, especially the eyes that viewed a smaller town... has a dream..!
the eyes that opened in the posh colonies of one of those smaller towns in India..carry a dream to make it to bigger towns ..pursuing their dream job and materialising their potentials.. The small town values are still alive in those eyes... they fight things.. small things.. but they disturb them majorly. They begin to trust people, which is always taught .. and then they realise they were wrong, the eyes care for the fellow flatmate.. but get back- the feel of being used for small amount.... they start counting on a few friends in absence of the emotinal feedback they otherwise fetch from their folks.. and again.. they realise nothing can be even close to their parents..in terms of everything.. they make it to bigger companies where small things are made issues.. They fight for everything- opening a bank account, finding the right Pad to live in.. to meet expenses like rent, brokerage to the dealers, small gifts to dearies to ............... everything here is purchased by money ....and the emotinal eyes.. start experiencing a change... a change they never wished to see in them... they start becoming modern age practical eyes....a rather tough one...and finally one day when they Go home for a break .. seeking comfort.. mum complains...the eyes are getting tough.. girls need to be emotional and flexible... then the eyes flash an interrogation... why each time the color and the essence needs a change..?? why???? the cost of seeing a dream- so expensive...? Change cahnge my girl.. for you being yourself ..sometimes just doesnt work...sometimes being smart is better than being sincere... sometimes living for yourself is important... sometimes questions are more important than answers...!! Be hard for the world... with a gentle tone... and thats how you fetch the due respect.. dont be a small town emotinal nice girl .. dont be your dads pampered daughter.. dont be a helping neighbour .. dont be a HOnest friend..be a practical metro girl... lively but smart... showing to be but not emotinal.. !!! Pay the cost of being in your dreamland!!!

ReplyDeleteclose your eyes for a few seconds, hold your breath for a few seconds (till as long as you are comfortable) and tell yourself " I'm watching myself for myself..." and see what happens over a period of time...there wont be any miracles but u'll feel something...maybe u'll hear something too...dont wait to hear or see...it will happen in due course but try it out...
